Acival, the investment division of Banamex (a wholly owned subsidiary of Citcorp) was looking for a way to improve its software development processes. Quarksoft provided training in the Software Engineering Institute's Personal Software Process and Team Software Process for 55 of the Acival engineers and managers. The training was provided on site over a period of three weeks by Karina Cedillo, Quarksoft's SEPG director and a SEI certified PSP/TSP instructor.
