Stuart Locklear
Stuart has over 15 years experience in sales, marketing, business development and international management with technology companies, as well as extensive knowledge of the software development process.
Prior to joining Quarksoft, Stuart was the Vice-President of Business Services at Robeson Community College where he was responsible for $24M of annual funding and $13M in capital projects funding. He was Representative Director of Enidine Company Ltd. in Tokyo Japan and held several managerial positions with Digital Equipment Corporation in the US and Japan, including Japan Market Research Manager and Japan Region Demand/Supply Planning Manager.
Stuart holds a Master of Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, an MBA from Boston University, a B.A. of Economics from Duke University and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.
Pedro Pinto
Pedro is Chief Technology Officer for Quarksoft LLC. Pedro has over 20 years of experience in Software Development. Prior to his current position, Pedro worked as Chief Software Architect for Quarksoft Mexico. In this capacity he established the IT Governance standard for the Government of the State of Zacatecas, defined Quarksofts SOA strategy and set hiring, training and retention policies for Quarksofts Engineers. Before joining Quarksoft, Pedro was a partner at Blue Capital Group, a derivatives trading firm, where he led teams in the design, implementation and deployment of high-performance, mission critical distributed systems.
Pedro holds a Master of Software Engineering degree from Carnegie Mellon University and a Computer Science undergraduate degree from Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
